Wonderful experience! After fearing that I may be in the midst of a bed bug situation, I called Bugg's. I received a very prompt response and was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Elliott was great - very prompt and professional and answered all of my questions, calmimg my worst fears about what I may be facing. My home inspection was thorough and I was pleased that there were no added costs above what I was quoted. Very pleased with the service and friendly, patient, and informative staff.

The first time I used Buggs Pest Control, Glenn came to spray for ticks. We were having so many ticks at our home in Dayton. The dogs were getting ticks weekly. After Glenn sprayed, we never found another tick on the dogs!

I called to ask for them to deal with a soccer ball sized hornet nest and they came out the SAME DAY and their price was incredibly affordable. This is the company you are looking for! If you have any bugs, these guys will get rid of them. I've been through the gamut with other companies not even showing up when they were supposed to or wanting to charge me  $300 to come out and "survey" the problem (they wouldn't even bring the pesticides)! Don't bother trying to find a better company, you won't.

Ive been living in my house for the last 5 years and have never seen other than the occasional fly ...ant here and there. I just recently purchased a couch off Craigslist and within a week my house was infested with roaches. I'm a very clean person have never had an issue like this.
